The Arthur Jones inspired "NEW HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING" book is the only anabolic anyone needs. its better than any steroid you could possibly take. period. and Arachidonic acid is just an o.m.e.g.a 6 fatty acid.

I agree with you about that book, it's very very good. Fun to read and so informative on every aspect of body building.

LOL that would be because the author of that book owns the rights to the patent and company who makes AA, Molecular Nutrition. Lots of feedback from X-factor over the years, works pretty well but 2 bottles must be used for minimum of 40-50days to see good results. It was a nice non-hormonal run, gained a few lean pounds of mass and strength was up but it KILLED my joints. Again, i love the science and product but will not run it again ... bad joints and didn't have a good "well-being" while on it.

This is much more complex to make than ***** 3-6-9's and is an essential fatty acid. I would not look at AA as i do other EFAs as it has totally different results than most others. It is most common in eggs and fatty meats.

    check this out: http://www.jissn.com/content/4/1/21

    Ill summarize:

    Conclusion

AA supplementation during resistance-training may enhance anaerobic capacity and lessen the inflammatory response to training. However, AA supplementation did not promote statistically greater gains in strength, muscle mass, or influence markers of muscle hypertrophy.
