Is this good for before bed....? Lean body ....

I was just looking to get shakes that are in cartons all ready to go and drink for right before bed time...... Would that be a good choice? Just curious because I know I need something that is going to be lasting longer than just an isolate protein..... anyway any input on this would be great!! Thanks! :]

lean body is a solid protein shake. Before bed though, I'd suggest a casein protein product instead of whey protein. or something that has both..

I make my shakes in about the time it takes you to twist the cap off of one of those jugs! Truly with clean up and all i have less than 5 minutes invloved. I use a handmixer when at home. It does however drive my wife crazy that all my shit is right there in the kitchen!
