Newbie here, can you give me some advice?
Hi people,
Thanx for looking,
Im new here,
Have a question about supplements.
First i tell you something about myself,
Im 20, 1.78m 86 kg(i live in the netherlands)
I had a very bad period of my live.
i did,t give a shit about anything
i did't go out of the house i was allway's(well most of the time) behind my computer, as a result of that i went from 65kg to 102kg, until 2 months ago, i thought it was enough.I started eating healty, not eating junkfood anymore. and i used stacker 3. after 2 months i was 87kg,
im very pleased about that. the weight does not bother me. the fat does
Now want to build up my muscles, i want to get bigger,
im very serious about it,i don't want to become small and very muscular
but more like a big weight lifer or body builder (i hope you know what i mean)
i still have some fat on my hips, belly and some on my chest, i think i will loose that in the next months
i quit the stacker 3 becose the Ephedrine, i was feeling my heart had to work to hard when i was working out, so i bought thermogenix witch feels a lot nicer (i dont know it works as good as stacker)
its easy for me to gain weight,
i am working out now for one week,
i allready see some result on my biceps
i don't have a digcam but i have the physic like this guy,
ony with some fat on the belly, hips and chest.

im using
a multi vitamine (1 tablet a day)
7mg creatine
thermogenix (6 tablets a day)
Vanadyl Sulfate (1 tablet a day)
Cal & mag (calsium and magnesium) (1 tablet a day)
have you got any advice for me, what i should change or add?
i thought of a wey and L-Glutamine
thanx for any help!
Ps: sorry about the bad english!

You should definately consider adding some sort of protien supplement, unless you are eating a lot of high protien foods. My only other advice is work out hard and stick with it, you'll be happy with the results. Good luck.

I can't really think of any brands to stay away from. I've used EAS, Optimum Nutrtion, MET-Rx and some others. Just don't buy into some of the gimicks companies use. I would just look for the best price per gram of protien, assuming you are only looking at one type of protien like whey.

I like 100% Whey from Optimum.....I would also say glutamine, animal pak is a good multi(if u dont like yours) and if you want a suggestion, if you want to stay with a hardcore thermogenic, I would use it after a workout. For example, I run in the morning, straight after that I use my Charge!(thermo). Some will disagree, cause you can burn more on thermos during cardio, but thats my 2 cents and it has worked for me.
Better than a heart attack!
Good Luck!
Peace
