Really? I thought some people preferred longer cycles of EC or are you talking about ramping up the dosages significantly during the weeks on to as much as 100mg+ of ephedrine? Is 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off safer or better for fat loss?

That's where my info came from.
100+ mg's would make me black out or have a heart attack.
Trust me, I don't dose like that. I do 25mg ephedrine HCL with 200mg caffeine 3x a day 4 hours apart upon waking. I am fairly new to actually using the EC stack, but I haven't seen people recommend 2 weeks on/2 weeks off before and since the cycle was so short I wasn't sure if you guys were taking it at crazy ass doses.
The information I've seen recommended 6 weeks on with 2 weeks off although I'm assuming at that length the beta receptors are downregulated significantly by the end. Since I'm only 5 days in to it, I will be able to follow the 2 weeks on/2 weeks off protocol pretty easily if that is the recommended method.
The rule of thumb for anything that effects receptors is time on=time off. After two weeks is when effectiveness starts to decline especially for clen. Aspirin isn't required but it does enahcne effectiveness to a degree by prolonging effects of the EC. I'd say stick with 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
