Im on a good clean diet and i want to throw in a fat burner. im worried about taking ephedrine because of the side effects. i mean people have died from it. what you guys think?

well if so then post links/studies

he gave you the profile on clenbuterol because both clen and ephedrine use the same mechanisms(stimulation of beta 2 receptors) to deliver their effects, ephedrine is just a more unbiased antagonist

Still not convincing for me since in more than half the cases they don't report the dosages people were taking. This also includes people who died from taking in the methamphetamines form.

Cramping is the only side ive experienced from taking it. A couple of times it was really bad, but I was taking quite a high dose + my diet was very low in sodium at the time, which wouldn't have helped.
