    Need Some advice... Please help

    I'm currently 26 years old and am 6'2, 215 pounds. Over the few weeks I started going to the gym wanting to firm up my abdominal section, chest area, etc. Though I don't know my exact percentage of body fat, I'm sure it's pretty high.

    I've been lifting 5 days a week, 4-5 days cardio each week and eating right. I want to take something that will help me to see results more quickly though I hate needles and steroids in general bug me out a little. I wanna add muscle tone to my arms and firm up, while cutting abdominal fat in my chest and midsection.

    What do you think would help me the most?

    1. DIET
    2. TRAINING
    3. ECA Stack (Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin)

    If you cant get Ephedrine then consider cycling Clenbuterol , google that too.
    Google 'ECA Stack' to learn more Otherwise theres plenty of over the counter fat burners available

    ^solid advice...I would reccomend H-drol to you but you said it yourself; steroids bug you out, even though it's legal.

    He's been lifting for a few weeks and you advise him to start taking prohormones?

    ^^^ here you go, this is what you should do!

    try to get someone at your gym to measure your bodyfat and let us know

    if you want some diet advice, post up your typical days food intake with times you eat and we can look at that for you too
