Waxy Maize

I got some from NutraBio and eveything I mix it with it seems to turn to syrup. Do you guys have this problem? Also if I pre mix it it turns into slimy slick stuff in strings in the bottle. Any solutions to this?

I mix mine with water...works fine for me

i get mine from true protein and it mixes really well with water

i don't even use it all the time for that, whole food mostly, you can use it for pre-workout though if you want

I do pre and post.

THanks for the responses. It seems like I take so much stuff in drinks that even breaning it up into one more is just too much. I gues I will continue to use it in my protien shakes.
