Hey guys. New to the forum and was just wondering about a couple of things. I have been lifting vigorously for the past year 1/2 and now I think its time to add something more than protein shakes and a healthy diet. My question is what supplement should I take? I don't want to take steroids cause honestly I think I'm too young(18). I have been reading about 17-Hydroxy-Mesterone, but still curious if its worth the money or not.
