    Newb with a question.

Hey guys. New to the forum and was just wondering about a couple of things. I have been lifting vigorously for the past year 1/2 and now I think its time to add something more than protein shakes and a healthy diet. My question is what supplement should I take? I don't want to take steroids cause honestly I think I'm too young(18). I have been reading about 17-Hydroxy-Mesterone, but still curious if its worth the money or not. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

just keeping eating lots of protein foods, at your age it takes a lil time but it will come if u eat alot. looking back to when i was 18 i had no idea about diet and to eat more. i just figured work out and get bigger, but u need to eat LOTS every single day.from teh time u wake up til the time u go to sleep.

Hey bro i am 19 and i understand where you are coming from but lets be honest and let me break it down for your. Diet is vital to success, if you dont got that in check its pointless to keep working out.

We both have super high hormone and testosterone that its almost like a steroid man lol. So do screw with something that doesnt need to be fix unless you the one in a million with a hormone deficiency at that age.

Weight training will help if you can do proper form and right amounts.(dont overtrain)

How many times do you eat a day?(give us a daily tracking log of what you eat and how much)

    What are your goals?

whats you bf% and how much do you weigh do you?

How much sleep do you get?

    (Here is a good start)
