What's the average waiting period you all consider between supplementing PH cycles and AAS? Also, how many times per year are you all cycling (both PH's and AAS)?

Usually a PH cycle is about 4 weeks, then you got a 4 week PCT generally. So in most cases, I would wait two months after PCT before I would run an AAS cycle, so it wouldn't nullify the gains.

so are you saying 1 month pct then 2 months off before starting a new cycle?

Time on = time off....Calculate how long your cycle was + the length of PCT and you need to take that amount of time off before cylcling again. I use the same protcol with PHs and AAS.
