    Creatine...to many

Just wanted some advice on what type of creatine to take. I have taken cellmass by bsn and it worked decent for me. I also have taken kre-alklyn and it did not do much, and have taken ce2. I am just frustrated with all the creatines out there and I know most of them are scams. Ive heard straight old school creatine monohydrate is the best bang for your buck. So just list some creatine supps you guys like-thank you guys ill greatly appreciate it

Micronized Creatine Mono. Though out the years I've tried them all and I keep coming back to mono. The cheapest and still the best! You would think that someone would come up with a better creatine. Still my fav. supplement though..

I must be taking this stuff wrong. I don't think I have ever seen a measurable gain from it.

I'm not expecting a miracle. Just never felt any added strength, or longer fail times.

creatine doesn't effect some people as much as others. But I guess that can go for many other supps as well..

IronMaiden: In my personal experiences, I've had serious stomach issues with the old monohydrates. I'm just speaking from my own trials. There's no way I'd choose an old, non-micronized mono over the micronized creatine of today. But it's all preference anyways, which you know. It's like trying to argue who the best band ever is.. Which is obviously Led Zeppelin, and if you disagree then we're fighting. haha.

Lets not talk about music, I think you'll end up wanting to kill me. Sounds like you may have a weak stomach. How do you handle chlelated zinc pills. Them things are nasty. Only supp ive even taken to cause me to be extremely nauseated.

haha. yea I do actually. My stomach is really intolerant to many supplements. Zinc actually bothers me pretty bad. zinc in high doses bloats my stomach. I never really understood that one.

Personally, instead of the flash-bang newest stuff on the market, I buy creatine monohydrate. I've tried different types (ethyl ester, etc.) and so far plain old creatine mono from the protein vendor works for me.

Every type of creatine have its specific purpose.First,as a beginner try with crea-mono.And if U are already fat and bloated dont use any creatine product.Use mono for 3-4 times and afther that try with creatine malat. Also, use it for 3 or 4 times and then you will see what to use next....Kre-Alkalyn or some good Creatin mix.Maybe with monohidrat U will be little bloated, but U will gain muscle and strengh. With balansed diet lean muscle and if U eat anything U will be fat and ugly

From what i hear, it's best to take creatine and glutamine separately. They should not be taken at the same time because they depend on the same substrate carriers and co-transporters…..i think...lol!
