    feelin sick while training

    I have a new trainer and i'm very pleased....he's been the chamion in your country for 5 years and now his getting readi for the auopen champ. inNovi Sad so whe can qualifiy for the world




    So i told him fright frmo the start, he's full knowledge, his trainer workls a lot wih Sacev and he knows his sh!t

    Anywayn sometimes in the middle of a hhhhhhhhhharf training sessions, i get cold sweats (suposse that low sugar and i should have a carb drink....but someteimes i can i sick feelimg in my stoamcah, not only with legss...........what couold this be....to mauch water, too less water, low blood sugar i udonno...

    Do you take any kind of pre workout supplement?
    How often do you train?

    Sounds like hypogycemia brought on my sudden drop in blood glucose from heavy training session. Drink something with carbs while training.

    i used to feel that things...then i try to eat at least 30mins before workout..and i am okay now.
