    Glucorell r/krala whilst bulking?

Should one use these supplements when bulking? ...or is it a waste?

GDAs have a place whether cutting or bulking... so I'd say yes, use 'em.

K-R-ALA has many beneficial uses that can be used at anytime. It is a potent anti-oxidant, improves insulin sensitivity and ATP, and can increase fat oxidation. What does that mean? It can help you to stay healthy and put on some lean mass. If only it were a little cheaper it would be a staple of mine. I do enjoy buying R-ALA in bulk capsules and using it as much as possible, K-R-ALA is a little more expensive and i typically only use it in the midst of a cutting cycle or pre-contest.
