Whats The Best Diuretic???

Ok I know diuretucs are not steroids but I figured the question best asked here. I have usually used diurex or xpel. I noticed the Xpel was not as extreme as the diurex but diurex is like 1 5th the cost of xpel. The only hing I noticed with diurex is leg cramping. I am kinda bloated at the moment so I want to cut a little excess water. Any suggestions???

Are you on cycle? If you're on cycle, try an aromatace inhibitor like aridimex. That will help keep your estrogen in check which can cause water retention.

Diuretics aren't a good idea unless you're using them for temporary results, as in before a contest. You want you're muscles to be hydrated.

Yeah I have been running a mild cycle of Test E 250mg ew. Winny 40mg ed and Tren Ac 100mg Ew. Yeah I know way low dose on the Tren but thats all I could get and honestly I god some really good gains in strength. i beat my old Bench max of 465, with a max of 475 Lbs, no bench shirt. I have been on this cycle for about 10 weeks now, I plan on running Tren 400mg ew for the next 5 weeks. The reason being is I found more and I am enjoying the fatloss of the Tren. Unfortunatly I am now out of Test so I will prob run the winny with the Tren for the remainder of these next 5 weeks. I know my junk will prob not be able to get or stay hard running Tren and winny but I am willing to take that risk for the moment. I have actually lost 5 Lbs this cycle instead of gaining my typlical 20-25lbs. This is due to my diet I have been doing throughout this cycle.

i would start by lowering carbs and salt. Arimidex will work if used eod and I like dyazide for quick water loss.

I just got done using Scivation Showtime for 4 days before a shoot, worked great. Got my blood work done at the same time and it showed low potassium levels, dropped some water weight, and achieved the harder look i wanted. Cutting carbs, the right foods, controlling insulin, and drinking plenty of water during this time will help out a lot as well.
