Creatine on NON-Workout Days - When? With what?
Hey guys... I did a some searching and couldn't find an answerto my specific question.
On workout days I'm taking creatine PWO with dextrose...
My question is: WHEN is it best to take creatine on NON-workout days? and should I take it with dextrose? On an empty stomach or with food?
Just want to make sure I'm doing it right.

i take it with dextrose every day when im training or not............has to be taken with sugar cos it gets straight into teh system

after loading phase take it on empty stomach upon waking in the morning on non workout days
