I'm taking Spawn 6 hours apart at 7:00am, 1:00pm and 7:00pm. Would I be better off taking it 7 hours apart at 7:00am, 2:00pm and 9:00pm? If I take it later at night it would be in my system more while I'm sleeping. That's better isn't it?
