Whats a good cheap lean whey?

I have been dieting 3 weeks now and i have gone through 1 full 5lb ISO Pure and am on my second and it will last me maybe another 1.5 weeks.

Its costs 85 dollars each time ....is there a cheaper generic version that is alot less money?

Im looking for low carb moderate protein..maybe 25 gms plus.

I use Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey. Should cost around $40 for 5 lbs.

I use ON Nitrocore 24 and really like the taste. I always wonder in the back of my mind if the labels are correct and if these supplements actually contain what they say they do. I wish someone would do an independent investigation and list the findings. ON Nitrocore taste too good to be true IMO. Anyone else ever use it?

they had a lawsuit against them a couple years back for false claims about what was in their no explode, I think along the lines of lac of ingredients, or creatine mono instead of malate. Things along those lines.

If your going through that much whey protein that sucks. Your getting way too much of your protein from shakes which is stupid. Eat some food like a man. Your body likes whole foods. Use a shake for post w/o(50g) and upon waking(25g). Quit relying on shakes.
