I just picked up some Rage RV3 from my local nutrient store, heard a some good things about it from some friends and wondering if it's legit or did i just waist my money?

why did you buy something first then ask for peoples for advice on it? Seems kind of silly....

for example, do you buy a house then ask the bank after if it was a good idea?

My buddy uses Rage. He said it helped him a lot.
