    two ?'s, Vitamin C, ALA/ Biotin

    Alright, I've been taking 1000gm (1g) Vitamin C with my breakfast pills;

    25mg Ephedrine, 200mg Caffeine, Multivitamin, 1000mg Vitamin C.
    Then another 25mg Ephedrine and 200mg Caffeine 4 hours later.

    I'm thinking of upping the Vitamin C dose to 1g in "meal 1" and 1g in "meal 3."

    Thoughts?!?!?!

    Also,

    I want to start taking ALA and Biotin. (can't find or afford R-ALA) My question is dosage needed. how much ALA per day, and how often. Second how much biotin do i stack with the ALA.

    Trying to find direct answers to these questions seems to be out of my ability and comprehension of the search function on these forums. Sadly. LOL

    What do you guys think?!?!

    Now that you mention it, Yes my hair is falling out. That's why I shave my head rather then have a "cool" hair cut. But no, I'm taking it after i did some research here on the boards that suggests:

    6. Supplements-

    ALA/R-ALA- Gets my supplement of the day award. R-ALA is effective in lowering the spike of insulin when certain carbs are consumed. I could give you a dissertation on the stereoentisomeric properties of the R, but all you need to know is that it has been found to shuttle carbohydrates away from adipose and into myocytes. Translation: Away from fat cells, into muscle cells. It’s a supplement, however, not a miracle worker. It’s not a crutch, and won’t do anything about fat intake. ALA and R-ALA can also aid in the expedition of the ketogenic state. Remember that if you buy R-ALA that you supplement it with Biotin. Glucorell-R is prepackaged with it. If you can afford it, go for it. As far as dosage, with the R, you are looking at 1-2 pills of Glucorell R for each 30-40grams of carb intake.

    Thoughts?!?!?
