    Pronabolin?

just finished my second week of pronabolin, lifts have increased and seen body weight gain of 10 lbs, not sure if its from the supplement or just psychological. heard pronabolin was a waste of money from some and awesome from others, is this just one of those supplements that by some weird chance has the advertised effect in a low % of the population due to some genetic anomally or has there been an actual study been done on the active ingredients? regardless i'm gonna keep you posted on the progress. if anyone has info on this please let me know, thx

Can you say overtraining? 90 minutes of each muscle group, you're either talking too much or doing way too many exercises and sets.Break down your 90 minute shoulder routine for us to see what it entails?

reverse dumbell flys 5 sets- each set increase the weight
my first sets are always about 20 reps at light weight
after that i increase to where i can't do more than 12 reps, and increase weight every set and go to failureyou're right, i do take longer in between sets about 2-3 min, anyways,
after that horizantal DB raises (5 sets) , then then forward DB raises (5 sets), then shoulder presses with the DB's (5 sets), then 3-5 sets of one arm DB rows, i do realize this is working my back as well but i have trouble isolating my rear delts with just an adjustable bench and dumbells up to 50lbs, any trainig tips are more than welcome, if i'm overtraining let me know please.my education in lifting weights is only what i've read in mags and what was taught in football, i am totally open to any tips and input, thanks ---oh the 90 min is just an estimation--
