    Morning Protein

I'm looking for some protein to add to the morning oats. I currently use ON 100% Whey Vanilla. I'm thinking a blend might be better. I considered Pro Complex but I'm already taking vitamins so it seems overkill? Suggestions...

I eat eggs (3 whites one whole) about an hour after the oats. When I get up at 5am I'm not even hungry. I'll try out the extra whey.

I just use regular old whey. I mix it in with my oats to add flavor.

When i wake up i morning i have my shake first. I start with 2 cups milk, 1 cup of oats, and 2 sccops of ON Whey protein blend it in a blender. A hour later i will eat four whole eggs scrambled with a bagel and cream cheese. I load up on lot of carbs and protein in the morning.

Hmmmm, this sounds iteresting. Tasty and good for me. So the oats go into the mixed egg batter then it all gets tossed in the pan? Good idea.
