it's alright. I used to run it a lot in highschool... it'll get you stronger for sure.. and it'll pack on 5 - 10 pounds of water weight.. but that will all disappear after you stop taking it.
if you decide to run it... do it like this:
week 1 & 4 = 20mg each day (take 5mg four seperate times each day)
weeks 2 - 3 =7mg each day
would that be in pill form or drink, and can you recomend any particular. nice one mate
a micronized creatine monohydrate. preferably in powder form.
creatine will not work in itself. it will supplement diet and good training/cardio regime. FOOD BABY
dont worry i love to eat. dont know how good my diet is but i have lost weight and gained size on my arms anyway.
