    Creatine issue

    What's up guys?

I'm looking for a creatine that helps put on weight. I've used cell-tech in the past and it worked great for me, just don't like spending that much money for it. It does bloat me a little bit but I don't mind it. I've tried kre-alkalyn and it didn't do much for me at all. Can anyone help me out with finding a creatine that will help me put on some weight? Thanks!

If you're concerned with putting on weight, I'd be more concerned with your diet. Post up your diet, stats, goals, and weight training experience for critique. If you're not gaining weight then your diet needs to be altered.

As for creatine, I've had good success using Vitargo CGL, which is just creatine monohydrate that uses Vitargo(type of starch) as a transport agent, and for glycogen loading in the muscle. Both of these can be purchased seperately, and cheaper this way btw. I've also used Creatine ethyl ester (CEE) in the past with success. Not much weight gain from it though. IMO, using dextrose and creatine mono (which is how cell tech works btw) is outdated. There's simply no need for all that dextrose.

creatine doesn't build muscle. celltech does aid with building fat and increasing insulin resistance though.

I like just regular creatine monohydrate or creatine ethyl ester,,both are effective and fair priced.

Same here. Simple and straight to the point. Everyone has different effects to anything. On Creatine monohydrate from Pro performance i have noticed huge gains in strength and endurance without many of the side effects many report to have on it. Very little bloating for me and not much water retention. I am taking 2 Tablespoons a day and am very happy with its performance. Although i can not claim it will do the same for you. I would definately recomend giving it a shot.

Go with a micronized creatine monohydrate. There's not nearly enough evidence behind any other form of creatine. Also, to name a few whey protein products that are quality with no sugar: "Isopure" and "Nectar".
