Hi peeps,
Today i started my first cycle of Havoc & Hdrol stacked:
Age 25
187lbs
5ft 11inch
Lifting serious 1year , previously boxed for 10yrs. 3yrs full time training.

havoc - 1 tablet 3 times per day -morning afternoon and night = 30mg per day
H-drol - 1 tablet morning and 1 in the afternoon. = 50mg per day
PCT = Nolvadex & Clomid
My diet is pretty much spot on. 'diet stats to come tonight'
Also take creatine & Glutamine with zinc
My training is:
Monday - chest - 5 exercises with 4 sets with 8 reps + Abs 3exercises x 3 sets
Tue: back - 5 exercises with 4 sets with 8 reps
wens: REST from weights, 40minutes jog
Thursday: shoulders - 5 exercises with 4 sets with 8 reps + Abs 3exercises x 3 sets
Fri - Legs - 2 exercises calvs,2 on quads and 2 on hams. 12reps on each x 4sets.
Sat: Arms, 3 exercises on bis and 3 on triseps, 8 reps on each with 4 sets of each. + Abs 3exercises x 3 sets
Sun- REST 'pad work or jog 30minutes'

I use MAX weight i can lift, a friend usually has to help on the last 1 or 2 of the reps but i lift with completely my MAX effort and 100% focus.
I also do 30minutes Cardio 3 time a week 'pad work/sparing'
Any pointers? If anyone who has run these supplements before has any thoughts this would be also great.
