Im on day 1 of a 2 week on/2 week off cycle of clen. Diet and training are all dialed in. I upped my cardio from 30 min to 45 min steady state on the treadmill keeping hr around 120bpm for the entire time. Had some minor shakes this morning on 20mcg but the same as a few cups of coffee, no biggie. Im keeping my cals right around 2000 which keeps my macros in order. Should I alter my diet at all? Also, Ill probably do cardio everyday instead of only 5 days. Any comments??
I almost forgot, is taurine really necessary? Im also throwing an extra banana in the mix to avoid cramping..
