    while on clen should I.............

    Im on day 1 of a 2 week on/2 week off cycle of clen. Diet and training are all dialed in. I upped my cardio from 30 min to 45 min steady state on the treadmill keeping hr around 120bpm for the entire time. Had some minor shakes this morning on 20mcg but the same as a few cups of coffee, no biggie. Im keeping my cals right around 2000 which keeps my macros in order. Should I alter my diet at all? Also, Ill probably do cardio everyday instead of only 5 days. Any comments??

    I almost forgot, is taurine really necessary? Im also throwing an extra banana in the mix to avoid cramping..

    use taurine if you start cramping. staying hydrated will help with that.

    tough to answer your diet questions without more info.

    except that I'd say your cals might be too low.

    should I keep my cals at cutting or maintenance while on clen? Very easy for me to adjust, btw..

    off the bat,

    I'd say it'd probably be better to keep that at maintenance or a lil above to preserve muscle.

    Use cardio to create a caloric deficiency.

    gotcha! so Ill kick up my ww pasta a bit w/lunch which should put me where I need to be. Also, 45 min of cardio enough, too much, or the longer the better?

    if you take creatine mono while on clen, you won't experience clen's catabolic effects. So cut the calories, add the creatine, and you'll see a more profound difference.

    yah, cut the cals by 500 or so if you wanna loose muscle, too.

    use cardio to create the caloric deficiency.

    creatine mono is fine. I don't use it, but whatever.

    i've been reading lately about studies done on creatine mono and how it preserves muscle mass in people who don't even work out. Injured athletes who took creatine daily, while for example, had a cast on their arm and couldn't work it out, lost no muscle mass over "x" amount of weeks.. so do what you want with that knowledge. Also, how many calories is your diet currently? Depending on how high your caloric intake is, 500 may or may not bee too much.

    I would say do not do 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off. I would recommend 1 week on / 1 week off or even less. Clen does not work as well if in the body for a long time. I am sure there are others on this site who can back me up with some evidence. I would just look into to it. I have cycled clen everyway possible and was most happy with 5 on/ 5 off.

    it is becoming more popular to cycle 1 week on 1 week off. I haven't personally taken the stuff in a long time so from personal experience I am not sure what works best. I can tell you I wouldn't recommend any longer than 2 weeks on 2 off. I think it's worth trying, and makes sense to do 1 week on/off because of the fact that the effects do diminish with time. Although, everyone is different. I'd say try it both ways if you have enough.

    well considering that I will start day 2 in about an hour, Ill try the 5 on 5 off to add to the feedback here. but the question is how do I dose from here????

    no differently. maybe it will conserve the clen you have because raising the dose significantly won't be as necessary.

    tomorrow ill do 80 mcg and then taper down from there because bp was up a bit. I know for a fact if I goto 100-120 my bp will be way up. so f**k that! If I take creatine wont that make me cramp up more and take away from clens effects?

    it may, but not everyone cramps from clen. i didn't. just drink a lot of water and take taurine and you should be good.
