    Si Article

There is a good article in Sports Illustrated on this week that IMO is a muct read for supplement users. I recommend it...it may open up some of yuor eyes to what you are buying...or more accurately the BS you are buying into. It think its called "What You dont know...just may kill you....."
Dont judge it by the title....there are a few exaggerated examples of supp dangers..and a few legit ones....id focus more on the lack or research ....ineffective supplements and bogus marketing and sales strategies these scumbags use. We are talking big name high dollar companies here guys (BSN , VPX, Muscletech and more) , Also pay attention to the section on supp manufacturer owners that are criminals. Thermolife for example (our boy ralph4u2c reps for them) the owner is a total rat in some large steroid cases...total scumbag. Anyway i recommend it as a good enlightening read.

    Protein,
Glutamine (although most protein powders have a shit load of this and BCAA), Creatine
NO products( mainly because of all the damn caffeine thats in them)

Maybe a few more I cant think of right now. Obviously vitamins and such have their place too.

You're saying glutamine is worth supplementing?

Yeah the literature seems to show that it has benefit. Personally though I prefer to take any amino acid as part of a broad spectrum of amino acids. There is some evidence to suggest that super supplementation of one or a few amino acids can overwhelm the amino transport mechanisms and cause a deficiency of others. Though I will admit that its mostly theory and some circumstantial evidence. I am not sure that I have read too many papers that have clearly shown this to be true. So take it for what its worth...

Hey I'm gonna be honest. I really like the pumps NO crap gives me when I'm not on cycle. I can actually tell that I'm taking something. And it doesn't have anything to do with the caffeine because I take that when I'm not on NO crap. Just my .02, I'm sure everyone's got a different opinion.
