    Question?

    I had a question. I stoped a cycle about 3 month's ago, I did test e 300 and deca 300. I was woindering if taking over the counter prohormones would be safe to now, since it's only been 3 month?

    Yes did Nolvadex for 4 weeks after cycle. what do you think?

    how long was your cycle?

    Rule of thumb is

    Time ON cycle+ PCT time= Time OFF cycle
