    Best fat burner/appetite supressor??

I used to be about 225 and 7-8% bf when i was on the gear. Its been a few years, and i dont know where to get it around here, and im not in the shape that i was in...lol I need to cut up and lose some weight, but my appetite has grown ALOT! I need to get it under control and get used to eating less. I work out 3-5 times a week, but staying steady at 215-220lbs. Whats the best fat burner or appetite supressor to take for my situation? Thanks!

why would you ever want to suppress your appetite, you still have to eat as many times whilst dropping fat to keep your metabolism at optimum levels. i would love something to increase mine, just got half way through lunch and am stuffed

I want to be able to eat small and be satisfied. I sit down to eat, and try and eat light and it drives me nuts, cause im still hunrgy as hell when im done eating. I want something thats gonna either help me burn more fat while in the gym or help me supress my appetite so that im satisfied with smaller portions...

    hmmm

can't be done.. one issue is typically if you drop more than 500-600 cals below your maintenance requirement your body will slip into starvation mode..

you already know eating 6-7x day is the way to keep the metabolism running fast..

I've begun using a heart monitor so that i know exactly how many cals i use while i work out..

average according to the 'tables" is 500 cals.. i usually use 700-800 and that's before cardio so the issue is you don't have enough information..

increasing your core body temp will increase the caloric requirement, problem is if you don't continue to eat often, muscle will be used for energy, before fat is used, or at the very least 50/50 muscle and fat..

that's what you are trying to avoid..

    Best fat burner/appetite supressor??

If you are looking for better option then you should try Phentremin. It’s especially to weight loss. Please take this medicine according to your doctor instructions.

*************edit we don't allow pointing to web sites outside of our own... and you spell it phentermine

ephedrine works to supress appetite, not too too much, but it helps, i could eat all day if i chose too, i have a huge appetite for anything and everything, so i can tell when it goes away to an extent... im running clen right now and along with my diet/cardio im seeing good results, but nothing as far as appetite supression with the clen

Ephedrine always killed my appetite. It just upset my stomach a little...not pain, just to the point of not wanting to eat.

I really like ECA but then I've never used Clen either though, I also try to carb cycle (High, Low, No) and use ECA on my no carb days, but avoid it on High and Low days because I've read that it affects insulin sensitivity.
