    creatine and off days

    i'm going to be running size -on, and will be sipping during workout. question really is there are about 15g sugar per serving, and is it necessary to cycle this on OFF days or is this a marketing tool? im trying to avoid insulin spike as much as posisble so if so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    don't cycle it. just keep it constant, everyday pre-workout. it has creatine in it... and your body will always be able to absorb creatine. you should only be worried about the sugar spike if you're currently running slin'

    well yea, im worried about the sugar on off days, so youd recommend taking it everyday regardless of the spike?

    I do 6 weeks on 2 weeks off. Take every day, but less on off days.

    I usually run it 7 days a week same amount. Even on off days im still somewhat active. Soooo it's not like i'm sipping down creatine while watching the game on my ass.
