    Need some advice...

    Im really looking to move up to the next step. Im know im not ready to step up to needles or anything. As of now all I take is no explode a supplement from a local shop and high protein intake. Im really looking to start a pro hormone for size and cutting. What would you guys suggest to try?

    hey mate your intentions to move up to the next step as you put it will be determined by diet and training. as far as pro hormones go do a quick search and you will find plenty of info, do ya research and read the stickies, when you believe you have a handle on it you will be able to decide what is necessary. good luck

    last September I was in the same boat as you are right now. Fortunately, the guys here gave me all the advice that I needed to make my decision....for my first cycle I went with h-drol by cel. solid, dry lean gains with little to no sides. check it out....

    I am dieting very well and training the past couple months like never beofre. i have this supplement called tren-boldenone by muscleceuticals. The ingredients are Estra-4, 9 -diene-3, 17-dione 50mg. 17a-methyl-1, 4-androstadiene-3, 17diol 30mg
    What do you guys think about this supp?

    not to sound negative but dont you think that you should have asked around before you purchased this? especially if youre a newbie when it comes to ph's. I was, and I researched for months before pulling the trigger, jmo....

    It came with a deal i bought 2 other items and this came free. Have you guys heard anyhting about this.?

    height
    weight
    B/F%
    training experience
    Pct knowledge

    Ph's work in much of the same way as steroids. Except they dont convert untill they are in your body. Most often Ph side effects are worse than real steroid they are trying to mimick. You need to know your sh!t before you start putting something like that into your body.

    I know my shit. Im 20 years old, 6ft 195. My b/f is between 10-12%. I have been training for 7 years. the past 2 years I have become very serious with diet and all. PCT im pretty firmiliar with just have never done one so I dont have the experienece.

    Read the stickies at the top. There's a lot of good info. in there. Many report excellent results with superdrol. I tried M1T and strength/size were through the roof. Not many sides but I was lucky as most do get them. Start with something mild... H-drol, phera plex,etc. Read up.

    ^^^^Agreed, at 20 all you probably need is food and a good multi vitiman.

    5 egg whites
    banana
    oatmeal or cereal

    Late morn snack-
    2 slices wheat bread
    can of tuna

    lunch-
    1 chicken breast
    1 Cup Brown Rice
    Fruit

    Mid day snack-
    yogurt with granola

    Preworkout-
    1 scoop protein
    apple

    post- 2 scoops
    2slices wheat
    2tbsp power pb
    1tbsp jelly

    Dinner- 1 chicken breast
    Pasta
    Vegtable

    Late night- cottage cheese
    oatmeal

    ok i posted it there, but still nobody has answered the one question is the tren-boldenone any good? Also Where can I get nolva in pill form?
