    Pre-workout and post workout.

I need some advice on a pre workout supplement that will give me energy and not tear up my stomach. I have been taking a post workout supplement called WAR by MRI and it says to take pre and post workout. It is just too much for my stomach to handle. Is this just for cutting, because you're not loading up with protein and carbs for muscles after the workout. I have to wait an hour everytime after i take WAR to eat anything solid. Will this stop my muscles from growing?
