    no never tried it personally, but workout buddy used it and said he like it.. gained 8-10 lbs from it... but everyone is different.. annd he was also taking other stuff as well...

    Creatine in general if diet is good and water intake is going to add 5-10 pounds. I buy a tub for 10$ and you but the expensive stuff. I think we will have the same results. JMHO

    I'm with chap on this. Forget about the 'propriety' blends. Go with micronized mono. No need to pay extra for a product that gives the same result!

    Thanks. I myself just take Creatine Mono. But saw this up for sale and decided to ask around see if anyone has had any different results. Thanks again

    my roommate bought some, I tried it and it taste great. The results however, I can't comment on.
