What are the best supplements to buy Need Help Please!!

I have been working out on and off for years now and know probably more than the basics but the technology changes so fats hard to keep up with it.

    I want to get

    1)creatine
    2)nitric Oxide
    3)One other really good product.

I am just wondering what you guys think the best ones out there are.

    Is Cell Mass King?
Or is it still like before Creatine is Creatine??

    Just lookin' for some feedback
    Thanks

I am a fan of No products for pre workout. Black powder is ok, but hard to mix. (Swells when you add water) My favorite is Plasmacore. Other than that A multi-vitamin. Maybe fish oil.

    1. Keep Creatine just get cheap mono. 2. Get some quality whey and BCAAs if you can afford it. 3. Do not get the N.O and get some Good quality Salmon Oil. If you want a 4th supp go for some beta-alanine. Most Supps are overrated just eat clean, lift hard ,take steps to recover faster and keep it simple with supps. Do not forget a good multi also.

What ive gained from beta-alanine was extra muscle energy that i need when I was on a strict diet. I think its worth it and its cheap!

Save your money buddy and just buy whole food nutrition. The money your gonna throw out the window on supplements you could have 6-8 meals a day of beef, fish, chicken, eggs, oats, sweet potatos, brown rice.Whole food nutrition will provide you with all the amino's and unprocessed carbs you need to build quality muscle."BUT NO PRODUCTS GIVE ME A BOOST THAT JAY CUTLER COULD NOT HAVE WON THE OLYMPIA WITHOUT""RONNIE COLEMAN WON THE O 9 TIMES BY USING CELL MASS"BLAH BLAH BLAH IT'S ALL A MARKETING STRATEGY.I'm not coming back to this thread to debate with any response to this on why whey protein is good for early morning cardio or post work out training or any other way of reasoning with me in some scientific tounge that is usually something else someone has said that the person read and is now repeating it and calling it the law on how things are.If you really want to take your body to new levels and this is really what you love to do let the big execs of these supplement company's target the fools with there marketing strategy's, while your putting work in at the gym eating real food and growing.

I get all the gear I want I am TRT and get scripts for test
    BTW
    34yrs old
    15yrs experience training

Just have been out of the game for a few years and I am not up to snuff on all the new Supplements and which ones work

For instance I know the bodybuilder they used for the Anatar P-70 or whatever its called and I asked him face to face if it worked and he old me " not sure if it was the P-70 or all the sauce I was taking!"

So rather than waiting 6 months and reading 100's of pages I am just looking for what people are using that is still tried and true!

"I get all the gear I want" but you still want to use supplements?

You claim you know the bodybuilder that the company used to endorse the product?

With these two statements you pretty much put the crazy in hypocrasy.Seriously there's a lot to be said and even more to explain when someone post some crap like this.ARE YOU FUKIN KIDDING ME.And I hate to come off like a dik cause I'm really not that guy, but I don't think I've ever heard more BS produced from less then a paragraph before in my life.Is this really what AR has become?
