joint pain supplements....
as I get older I cannot lift as heavy as I used to in my 20's. My shoulders usually hurt a bit after my chest routine. Not bad but enough not to let me lift any heavier. Are there any supp. that can help me out?

This is going to happen with age as I sure that you know. You needd to get on A JOINT SUPP from Walmart will work fine.
Are you on a cycle? if not I would recommend you get some bloodwork done because at your age you are a canidate for TRT + HRT .
Testosterone will help you with recovery after your workouts
It puts alittle more water on you and this will help to lubracate the joints.

my doc is kinda old school. He doesnt want me to take anything. He knows about my cycle exp and he went nuts! Maybe I should find a younger doc that could see me eye to eye! lol...Im headed to walgreen's later so Ill get something, thanks...
