hey fellas, quick question for yah, first my stats: 24 years old, 6'2" 202lbs, bf: 15-20% (guessing) looking to cut up and have a nice ripped look, my question is that I dont want to loose too much muscle mass when doing cardio early morning, i've heard if you take glutamine on and empty stomach in the morning b4 doing cardio you do not have that problem, ie:losing muscle mass... I want to keep my muscle just lose all the fat, can anyone help me with this plz & thanks!
