iv just comleted a course on sus 250 im not overly impressed with results i was thinking about stacking a course with deca and test enamphate if not both, one or the other, what are your suggestions of this and how will i do keeping my gaing when i come of and whats your reccomended dossage of each if stacking

oh and im about 190 pounds bout 13 % and 6 ft and im in my 20s

21, 22, 23, 24, etc..... What did you just turn 20? What was your PCT from that cycle?
What were your macros from your diet? Most people that are disappointed with their steroid usage are because their diet was flawed and or training.

Very true. I am getting my diet in check right now before starting a cycle.
