    whey question???

Hi all my mate can get a 25kg sack of whey as he owns a bakery!

It is very cheap but i dont understand the protein in it tho.

    http://www.dcingredients.co.uk/downl...hey_Powder.pdf

That is the stuff and it says 100g of whey has:

    Protein (x6.25) 13%

    What does the x6.25 mean????

Would it be worth getting as it is as cheap as a kilo of the normal tub!!!!

Hmmm, interesting... Unfortunately, I can't help, but I would really be interested in the idea if you get an answer to this.

I believe it means per 100g of substance 13% is protein. Lots of lactose, not a good choice IMO.
