Hi everyone. I have been overweight all my life. I am 5' 11" 235 lbs at 28 years old. I don't know my bodyfat %. I got up to 265 lbs and lost 30 pounds about 2 years ago. I then began lifting and training 5 days a week for 8 months. I toned up some but not like i wanted to be b/c i wasnt following a strict diet plan. However i have now implemented a diet plan and i have the P90X workouts. I don't know if this is the right way to go or not. It's just i have never been to the beach and my friend is getting married at Daytona Beach in December. I want to have a nice tone by then. Can anyone help as to what i can take or do?
