    Creatine whilst on the juice

    Yay, or nay?

    Starting my first cycle next week and wondered if i should continue my use of Creatine?

    I do. But some save it for PCT.

    I believe it's because creatine becomes less effective over time, so they keep it for PCT to keep from losing too much gains. Although I would like to find some research into facts showing the duration and efficiency of creatine...

    creatine = h2o retention ..most of the time on cycle people experience enough of that that they dont want anymore thus they leave it out. Plus you wont see any diff on cycle imo. Honesty I dont use creatine ..so keep in mind this is a second hand opinion.

    Creatine never loses effectiveness, it's neccesary for us to even live.

    I don't use creatine anymore either.
