    Ingredients
CytoCarb II™(CytoSport's Unique Combination Of Branching As Well As Long Linear Chain Maltodextrins With Very Low "DE" (Dextrose Equivalence) Providing A Complex Source Approximately 96.5% Sugar-Free), CytoCarb II™(Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Hydrolysate), Creatine Monohydrate, CytoVite I™(Vitamin And Mineral Premix Consisting Of Vitamin A Acetate, Cholecalciferol, D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Ascorbic Acid, Folate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Niacinamide, Pyridoxine HCL, Cyanocobalamin, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Potassium Iodide, Potassium Chloride, Ferrous Fumarate, Magnesium Oxide, Copper Gluconate, Zinc Oxide, Chromium Nicotinate), Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Soy Lecithin, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Potassium Citrate, Carrageenan, Acesulfame Potassium, Caramel Color, Sucralose.

Maltodextrin is horrid. It is nearly the same thing as dextrose. Might as well have a milkshake.

I really hate maltodextrin. Even though it is classified as complex carbohydrate, it acts like a simple carbohydrate in the body.

that will make a difference in what I recommend.

Post workout should be simple, fast protein (whey) with oats. There is no such thing as a good weightgainer. Maltodextrin which is the main ingredient in ALL weightgainers is metabolized as fast as sugar. Sugar and protein is what compromises 99% of weightgainers on the market, not a good choice for a lean bulk.
