    thinking about starting spawn

Hey guys not new to the site been reading it for years.. I've read alot about spawn and im very interested in it. i've always been natural and only really taken protein. I am 21 195 pounds and 6 feet tall. I've been an athlete all my life and in college and my body won't allow me to gain weight. I was injured early in college with an rib injury (only injury ive ever had) and was never really able to get back to compete. By the way i got injured because i cut from 215ish to 174 which was a full weight class to low and i cut the weight wrong. But drastic gaining and cutting of weight killed me and i can no longer put on weight. went to the doc and body is fine they think my body might be trying to repair itself from years of abuse. Im platued at 195. Since january of 08 ive been trying to gain weight but its nothing substantial. However my strength gets higher but not change in body.

    Daily Eating:
morning- 6-10 eggs with cheese on top and a package of oatmeal and a 32 ounce glass of whole milk
    2 hours later- protien shake
lunch- salad or pasta salad, 2 canned chicken, 32 ounce glass of whole milk, veggies
around 3ish- somethign to snack on whatever i can basically get my hands on
6- dinner with the family but all home cooked eat about 2 plates
    9-protien shake

thats my day almost every day

Workout Routine- used to do 8-12 reps and saw a little fluxuation when i went to 6 reps and heavy weight. I have my weights set that i almost always need help on my last rep.
    usually go legs/chest/back/legs/shoulder & arms/rest
i do absolutely no CARDIO (running) just surfing and some racquetball trying to not burn alot of calories

Thinking bout doing some spawn (2 pills the first week, then going to 3 or maybe just doing 3) to see if it'll do something and for pct nolva 40/40/20/20

    What you guys think?

gaining weight is all bout diet... wait to some diet pros come to help.

but the issues from what i see are deit...

as for cutting weight in past and it hurting your ability to gain - nope the two have nothing to do with each other.

what is your body fat presentage

just for the record spawn is three times a day... and you are young to be cycling = you will shut down your own personal test production, at your age that is not something you want to do,,,

well, i would suggest you max out your natural potential by eating totally right - what you listed is a good start... but, not good enough-search diets and read up on it

as for spawn - i like it, but im on hormone replacement cause i cycled at a young age and never did pct... so at least your thinking the right way with that part

please do the diet right cause if you do you will gain 20 lbs diet and spawn

yeah man i don't want to mess myself up that sucks. pct is a must. I wanted to get everything set up and was thinking of starting near October or November. I want to try to get as much till then and then start up? better to have a game plan and actually have the stuff then dicking around yano

yep, it not my job to try to convince any one not to do it ... but, remember at your age you natrual test level should be high already....

get a full male blood screen

total test, bound test, free test, putitary gland hormones, thyroid levels, and such so at least you have a base line of where you stand before you start...

    get the diet totally correct

i am not a diet expert... you need phate or jamy - post a seperate thread and detail your diet and ask for help. let them break it down for you

and take that spawn three times a day
