You should get all your requirements from good clean food
and lots of it. supplements are what they say ..They supplement
your diet if you are lacking in somethink.IE if you take to much
vit c you will only pea it down the bog.

On the same note, I keep hearing that 3gm a day of ALA is working good for some people and I'm thinking about taking it. I just got my 100 grams in the mail so I'll be experimenting now.
