    What Works Best?

    I'm new to suppliments, what should I take, legally. I have read a lot and most of the stuff seems to be junk going by opion. A while ago I took some pinicial dopa growth poppers. They did help or was this the classic plasibo effect.

    what are you asking. supplements in place of AS, or supps to go with you're training? do you want to know about BCAA's and glutamine? need more info

    You should get all your requirements from good clean food
    and lots of it. supplements are what they say ..They supplement
    your diet if you are lacking in somethink.IE if you take to much
    vit c you will only pea it down the bog.

    Yeah BigAl . . . Smart and stuff...
    On the same note, I keep hearing that 3gm a day of ALA is working good for some people and I'm thinking about taking it. I just got my 100 grams in the mail so I'll be experimenting now.

    Anyone have any experience with ALA so far?
