I like Amplify 02.
But I've been thinking of making my own drink mix.
I believe Phate has a good one, expect the caffeine dose is high, cuz he is a junkie! lol
I also think Reed had one that looked pretty good.
They are posted somewhere on here if I remember right.
Maybe they will chime in, or you can PM them.

Pre-Workout Vaso-Anabolic Formula†
Engineered for Extreme Training Intensity†
Explosive Strength & Muscle Growth†
Increase Vasodilation for Full, Rock-Hard Muscle Pumps†
Amplify Energy, Intensity & Mental Focus†
With Katalyst Nutraceuticals™ on the forefront of nutrition technology, we realized there was a void in the current selection of Nitric Oxide based pre-workout products available. What you have to choose from is an array of products with marginal levels of AAKG, loaded with caffeine with added creatine that make big claims with fancy marketing gimmicks but deliver marginal results at best. These companies’ pre-workout products will no doubt increase your energy levels and most likely give you an uneasy jittery feeling and then let you down with the typical “crash”. Sure, you may have a good workout but isn’t the point of a product like this to give you an unforgettable workout as well as assist you in dramatically increasing more lean muscle mass? And as mentioned above, most of these products still use traditional forms of creatine! We all now know now that creatine has a very poor absorption rate and fails to deliver an ample amount of creatine to the muscle cell. This is because of creatine’s instability which leads to the immediate conversion to creatinine (a toxic by product of creatine). When this conversion to creatinine takes place, the body’s internal defense mechanism is triggered in attempt to dilute this toxin with water. This is where the excess water retention and “bloat” comes from. For this reason Katalyst Nutraceuticals™ set out to fill this void and develop the strongest, most complete Pre-Workout Vaso-Anabolic formula available utilizing Multi-Phase Hypertrophic Technology™. VASOCOR™ is engineered to induce extreme training intensity, promote explosive strength & muscle growth, increase vasodilation for full, rock-hard muscle pumps as well as amplify energy, intensity & mental focus like no product you’ve ever tried before when used in conjunction with proper nutrition and a regular exercise program.
Energetic Focus Blend™: ( L-Tyrosine AKG, Caffeine Anhydrous, Glucuronolactone, DMAE Bitartrate, Beta-Phenylethylamine HCl, 1,3-Dimethylamylamine, Huperzine, Vinpocetine)
With cutting edge ingredients such as DMAE, Beta-Phenylethylamine HCl and 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (also known as Geranium Extract), this blend will doubt set your body and mind into high gear! By utilizing these advanced compounds, enhanced energy levels, mental focus, endurance and mood elevation takes on a whole new meaning. Ingredients in this blend have similar effects to adrenaline and many have called these ingredients a safe and true ephedra replacement because of the smooth, long lasting effects without the “crash”.
Insulin Mimicking & Uptake Blend™: ( 4-Hydroxyisoleucine, R-Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vanadyl Sulfate, D-Pinitol)
Designed to stimulate insulin secretion and increase the receptivity of muscle cells to insulin, thus increasing your muscles uptake of glycogen and nutrients which contributes to cell volume (muscle pump) and muscle growth. Whether you are shooting for greater speed, strength, or muscular development, this blend is sure to help.
Nitric Oxide Precursor Blend™: ( L-Arginine AKG, Glycerol Monostearate, GlycoCarn®, USP (Glycine Propionyl-L-Carnitine HCl, USP), Citrulline Malate, L-Citrulline, L-Ornithine HCl, L-Norvaline, Cnidium Monnieri, Rutacarpine)
With performance enhancing ingredients such as L-Arginine AKG (AAKG) in conjunction with the patented ingredient GlycoCarn®, USP (Glycine Propionyl-L-Carnitine HCl, USP) this blend promises to stimulate nitric oxide activity and engorge hard working muscles with nutrient filled blood for amplified muscle pumps like you’ve never felt before! The nitric oxide stimulating effects of AAKG are known industry wide, but what most don’t know is that GlycoCarn® has been shown in various double-blind, clinical studies to increase blood nitric oxide levels in the human body even more than AAKG, promoting extreme muscular performance. GlycoCarn® is also a powerful antioxidant providing protection against free radicals which can lead to cellular damage. The bottom line with this sophisticated blend is you will work out harder and longer, lifting heavier weights than ever before!
pH Correct Strength & Endurance Blend™: ( Beta-Alanine, Kre-Alkalyn®, L-Taurine AKG) Comprised of 3 proven powerhouse compounds that complement each other, this blend is designed to enhance muscle energy, build more muscle faster and help you quickly recover. In addition, a key component of this blend has been shown to promote high intramuscular carnosine concentrations. By promoting high levels of intramuscular carnosine, you promote high energy levels and support maximum muscular endurance and improved performance. Anyone involved in intense physical activity and after incredible results should benefit greatly from this blend.
Electrolyte Hydration Blend™: ( Potassium Citrate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Phosphate) Electrolytes are the smallest of chemicals that allow the body and cells to function properly. They generate electricity, contract muscles, move water and fluids within the body and participate in a myriad of other activities. Keeping electrolyte concentrations in balance also includes stimulating the thirst mechanism when the body gets dehydrated. This sophisticated blend is designed to replenish electrolytes and assist your body in hydration during intense physical activity.

I like the ingredients, but can't find anything.. found this..
Cost The cost of Adicor is not clear at all. It is not for sale from Katalyst’s website, and it does not seem to be a very popular item on the web.
Website In Focus Katalystnutraceuticals.com is an underdeveloped and poorly designed website that offers little information and almost no resources for further inquiry.
Positives • None
Negatives • May contain stimulants
• Promises to do too much
• Website is unhelpful
• Their customers do not like them at all and have negative things to say about their experiences. Click here to read a popular ADICOR Blog.
Final Thoughts Adicor does not seem to be much of an option for any person who is serious about losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle. In fact, Adicor seems to be a perfect example of what not to look for in a dietary supplement, or its producer. Add this one to the list of products to avoid. People looking to lose weight should consider finding a healthy eating plan that they like and can live with long term. You should also exercise each day by doing an activity that is fun and enjoyable. Water is extremely important too, and dieters need a lot of it to stay hydrated and to keep their bodies free of toxins.
Finally, try the addition of a supplement specifically designed to help with weight loss. Be sure that the product you choose includes the two key elements all effective diet products need; a fat-burner to rid the body of excess weight on the arms, hips, belly, thighs and buttocks, and an appetite suppressant to help control caloric intake and keep cravings at bay. Many good intentions are ruined by cravings that take us over and sabotage our dieting efforts. If you combine all these elements, along with patience and diligence, you will see the pounds come off.
The answer to your every question
