But since your here i got a few questions. The last time i worked out seriously was about 8 years ago. Back then i was taking a multi, 2x 5gram creatine, 3 grams L glutamine. Now it seems noone cares about glutamine now but it was marketed well on the forums back then. Now its this HMB stuff everyone says is great with creatine. Is it good stuff or is it just marketing. I know that supplements are just that "supplements" but i still like to make sure I'm helping myself to perform at the highest lvl. Another question i got is i take St.johns Wort for minor anxiety, dyphenhydromine to sleep (i an insomniac) and ***** 3. I would just like to know if any of these might be counteracting my hard work in any way. Thanks in advance.
