WORST protein supp
recently went to get more choc flavored muscle j***e from a supp store, to remain nameless, anyway they don't stock it anymore. i decided to try the new carnivor beef protein supp. worst mistake in my supplement purchase history. first, if you try stirring or using a shaker cup, you end up with this gelatenus, regergitated substance floating on the top, which is harder then swallowing a raw egg texture wise. so i tried a blender and ended up blowing the half hour window after my workout waiting for it to turn back from foam into a drinkable liquid ( 30 to 40 min wait). i'm not naming any other protein i prefer, since we all have our opinions on taste and also brand loyalty, however i felt this protein would be a waste of cash for anyone.
"don't mind the spelling"

i haven't had any of those problems with it... well, it gets a little foamy. but i use it in my shaker and in the blender with no probs. i got the fruit punch flavor , but still not the worst i've had... i like it though!

stuff from wal mart immediatly makes me sick to my stomach and gives me gas very badly, thats why i dont buy anything with whey concentrate, too much lactose and other shit

then maybe you should try carnivore? it's not whey based, supposedly beef based.

the artist was right, just had a shitty shaker cup, however it does settle fast, so after you shake it be ready to chug it down, recently dropped any protein shake unless i want a snack late at night, sticking with solids, and right now, because of recent tear a month ago, only doing push-ups, pull-ups and abs. i've developed great muscle density though, better than before when i was using weights. probably a combination of higher rep range and 5 to 6 solid meals a day

Have you tried Universal Egg and Milk protein? It's pretty horrid.
