Waste of cash, you get plenty of AAs through a high protein diet.

BCAA and regular AA's are invaluable to build muscle, whilst its true that a high protein diet will contain some BCAA and AA's, IMHO i dont think that is enough, and would always encourage people to further supplement them.

Get free form aminos. Make sure you're not just buying protein pills.

The amount concentrated in pill form dwarf what you can get from the best of diets.
