someone told me if that you are taking this stack
this might cause bleeding in the stomach
buddy told me it was caused by the asprin
anyone heard of this effect before

eca is hard on the stomache.. if u have ulcer u should seriously stay away from it.. if u are on it dont take it more then 4 weeks. its aggrivates your stomache. and while ur on it make sure you eat if u dont ur acid levels will increase and u will get ulcer for sure.. drink loads of water to wash ur stomache everyday. good luck

ECA has a huge amount of asprin in it. That can easily cause bleeding in your stomach especailly if you take it for a long time. I prefer NYC- No asprin. If your looking to get the anti-platlet effect of the asprin just take 1 baby aprin ed, 89mgs vs. 500-1000mg in an ECA stack. U will see the same effects at the lower dose as you would at the higher dose.

Asprin has sooo many benefits for athletes let alone synergy in E/C/A. Leave it in, just don't over do it - like anything. And use the herbal form, White Willow Bark.

Popping three OTC Asprins a day can cause stomach problems but adding White Willow Bark to your E/C/A at the right ration won't, you'll be fine.

The herbal forms have been used for centuries with far less sides. Ripped Fuel is an example of less herbal forms and more sides - shakes...
