yeh, so finally got my yohimbe bark extract, and it's 1% yohimbine. i'm trying to figure out my dosages

figured i woudl do the 200mg of caffeine, 1 pill 3 times daily. do the gugglesterones 37.5mg 1 pill 3 times daily (and i read it's best to maybe jump up to 6 total during the day)

then the yohimbe, which i'm still unsure of. any ideas?
