    What is the best diuretic?

    Hey folks,

    Just got back from Vegas...put on 11 pounds...can someone recommend a good diuretic?

    Cause i have put on alot of excess water weight which i need to lose asap.

    if you gained 11lbs gorging on buffets i think water weight is the least of your problem, but if you think it will help then go for it, personally i would just increase my water intake to allow my body to naturally cleanse itself

    Thanks for the feedback...I binged ate and drank for 5 days..start weight was 255...went down to 235 before my trip...now back to 246.

    I am taking a diuretic..which is making me go to the can on both ends..i feel leaner and i am drinking tons of water.

    That diuretic isn't going to take all the weight off...

    Thanks for responding

    Of course its not...but it will give me a little headstart...im heading to the gym in 5 minutes...in the past i have taken at least 2-3 weeks off before i can myself back to the gym after a damaging vacation...i just got back on Sunday night and now its Tuesday...i went back on my regular diet yesterday and am going back to the gym today.
