i tried it.. can't say i noticed anything from it. i didnt even finish it. don't remember if i slept better or not.

any sublingual hgh is garbage. the molecular chain is too large for it to get absorbed in your mouth

well HGH is not in this bottle, its just things that help relase HGH in your body.

Useless in my opinion. The amount of benefit you'll get from this won't be anything like actual hgh.

You could spend your money on far better things imo.

It's probably got arginine in it to stimulate gh release but it takes 10-30gms to stimulate a release. You won't get that in a couple of squirts.
