Best Vitamin stack to lose fat (without thermogenics/stimulants)
hey,
What are the best fat loss vitamins out there, excluding the fat burners
ie - excluding yohimbine, cissus quadralingus (hydroxy cut), ephedra, ephdrine, muahjuang, clenbuteral, and other stimulants or thermogenics?
I was thinking of stacking the following:
Green Tea extract (1.5g/d)
Tonalin CLA (8g/day)
ALA alpha lipoeic acid (1.2g/day)
Acetyl-L-cranitine (5g/d)
I've been taking those at that dosage for about a week and I dont really have any side affects.
Anything I should add?
Any other supplements for suggestion?

Hi,
Fat burners out there are classified as carb or fat blockers. What these products essential try to do is block the digestion and processing in the body of any foods eaten that contain carbohydrates or dietary fat.

Think about R-ala as opposed to just ALA. Also I can not use stims due to severe tremors and anxiety, I found a product called Lean Xtreme which works AMAZING. Although beware it is not a "vitamin" , it blocks estrogen and cortisol. Discount supps has it for about 30$ for a month supply

dont be lazy and resort to sups.. add more cardio to your program before you train.. you will yeild better results from the weights also, and get bigger pumps. increase in circulation etc. take or leave my advice, just trying to help.
